Job Description

Midlothian IJB Representative Members

Midlothian Integration Joint Board (IJB) is looking for people to join the Board.

We are looking for people who live in Midlothian who understand the issues affecting health and social care services - either through their own experience of using services, as a carer or as a representative of a community group.

We are a planning and decision-making body created by Midlothian Council and NHS Lothian. We meet regularly throughout the year to plan and direct health and social care services.

We manage an integrated budget from Midlothian Council and NHS Lothian, to achieve the priorities in our Strategic Plan.

As a member of our board, you can expect ongoing support including expenses to cover travel, training, care replacement, accommodation and meals.

You can find out more about the Integration Joint Board on our website.
