About the Role:

As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supervising students during lunchtime. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the safety and well-being of students.
• Supervising students in the dining hall and playground.
• Managing behaviour and resolving conflicts.
• Supporting students with their lunch routines.
• Creating a positive and inclusive lunchtime environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Relevant qualifications or training are a plus but not essential.
