We're looking for a creative, detail-driven, and versatile Mid-Weight Video Editor to join our growing Brand & Content team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting in May/June, with potential to extend beyond.
As a Mid-Weight Video Editor, you'll play a key role in crafting high-quality, engaging video content that brings our brand to life across marketing and social channels. Reporting into the Creative Lead, you'll work alongside a team of designers while collaborating cross-functionally with Growth, DTC, Brand and wider teams to deliver impactful video storytelling.

Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Edit and post-produce high-quality video content across social, growth and marketing campaigns/projects.
- Enhance videos through colour grading, sound mixing, animation and motion graphics to ensure premium outputs, conform to broadcast and social standards.
- Source and integrate audio tracks, mastering multi-layered sound edits for maximum impact.
- Stay ahead of social media and digital content trends (especially on Meta, TikTok), creating engaging, platform-optimised videos.
- Ensure all content aligns with Wild Nutrition's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual and tonal identity.
- Edit to a high standard using Adobe Premiere, working across commercial, social and marketing projects.
- Undertake animation and motion graphics tasks at a high level.
- Support ad-hoc shoot support duties, such as shooting and assisting with production when required.
Essential Skills We Are Looking For- Minimum 3+ years of full-time experience in a similar role at a production company, post-house, agency, publisher or brand.
- Professional experience of the Adobe Creative Suite, with exceptional proficiency in Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop.
- High level of proficiency in colour grading using Adobe Premiere.
- High level of proficiency in sound mixing and mastering.
- Creative storyteller with a passion for social and branded content.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams.
- Highly organised and proactive, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent eye for detail, consistency and accuracy.
- Up to date with video-first social media trends and platform best practices.
- Data-driven mindset, with an interest in asset performance and continuous improvement.
- A passion for health and wellness is a plus.
