Role overview
We're looking for a Mid-weight Social Media Creative (B2B) with a focus on social media content to join our team at Great Portland Street, London, with the option to work on a hybrid remote basis.
You'll be crafting innovative social videos and static assets on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, for the B2B audience and will focus solely on our B2B clients.
As a Social Media Creative (B2B) at Cubaka, you will be:
- Using your understanding of target demographics to produce content that captivates and retains their interest.
- Presenting ideas and leading a team to deliver high-quality content.
- Developing and executing innovative video and static content for organic and paid social media.
- Crafting compelling narratives that effectively engage audiences.
- Managing end-to-end video production for social campaigns, from scripting to post-production.
- Writing compelling ad copy that drives user interaction and complements visual content.
- Working with analytics teams to refine campaigns based on performance data.
You will bring:
- 3+ years working in a creative role with a focus on social media content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- A portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok).
- Experience managing and leading more junior creatives to get the best from them.
- Excellent storytelling and conceptualization skills, with experience turning ideas into visually compelling content.
- Latest knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and advertising formats.
- Experience working collaboratively in a rapid, time-bound environment, while also autonomously juggling several projects.
- Experience presenting creative concepts and ideas.
