Mid-Weight Interior Designer

Location: London

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 p/annum

This opportunity is ideal for an Interior Designer or Mid-Weight Interior Designer with previous Revit experience and a proven portfolio in the luxury hospitality sector.

Package

  1. Up to £42,000 p/annum (commensurate with experience)
  2. Pension
  3. Generous Annual Leave
  4. Hybrid Working (up to 2 days per week)

Office Hours:

9 am - 6 pm

Role

  1. Develop design concepts and layouts for high-end hospitality spaces aligned with project goals.
  2. Create detailed 3D models and visuals in Revit to present design concepts effectively.
  3. Prepare technical drawings and documentation including plans, sections, and schedules in Revit.
  4. Source and specify materials and finishes to meet project aesthetics and quality standards.
  5. Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure design integration and feasibility.
  6. Support project management and client interaction by handling timelines, budgets, and feedback.

Requirements

  1. Degree Qualified in Interior Design (or equivalent)
  2. A minimum of 2+ years' experience post qualification
  3. Proficient user of Revit
  4. Proven experience of very high-end luxury hospitality projects is essential
