Main Purpose Of The Role

We are looking for a skilled mid-weight creative designer to create content for our website, CRM, and social media platforms. Working closely with the Lead Creative Designer, you'll collaborate with internal teams (marketing, social, brand, and e-commerce) to deliver high-quality design work.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and design creative concepts for social media, the website, and other channels, working to briefs set by various departments.
2. Manage documents, assets, and external relationships to ensure seamless project execution.
3. Create artwork to meet the requirements for brand and marketing materials.
4. Actively participate in branding and design meetings, contributing fresh and innovative ideas and concepts.
5. Take responsibility for supporting the creation of graphics for product launches, campaigns, and brand activations, including internal and external communications.
6. Assist with e-commerce photoshoots, including image selection, prep work, post-production folder management, and external relationships. Also, manage website refreshes to ensure updated visuals align with brand standards.
7. Design and prepare graphics for the website and email communications, ensuring they are ready for handover to the relevant teams.
8. Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand standards, taking responsibility for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of requirements across all marketing/brand communications and materials.
9. Ensure all work is delivered on time and to a high standard while pushing creative boundaries and enhancing visual impact.
10. Conduct research and apply your design expertise to shape and enhance creative development across various platforms.
11. Support junior creatives in their work, act as a mentor, and help develop their skills.
12. The role will assist the line manager with various tasks, including administrative duties and supporting the wider team as needed.
13. Support the wider brand team with various projects, contributing to the overall brand development and execution.

Person Specification

1. Will have a minimum of 2+ years working in a similar role
2. A degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
3. Competent user of Adobe creative suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
4. Experience using video editing software such as After Effects
5. Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
6. Detailed knowledge of design, layouts, colour, artwork, print, production, brochure design, websites and other digital media.
7. An innovative and creative thinker
8. Able to work independently and as part of a team
9. Organised with attention to detail
10. Confident, self-motivated and proactive
