Mid to Senior Construction Lawyer

LOD are seeing an increased need for mid to senior level construction lawyers from both our in house and law firm clients. If you are interested in maintaining a high-quality of work but are interested in a more flexible working arrangement or exposure to different working environments, then we would love to hear from you!

We are currently seeing assignments across the full range of working patterns, from hourly models to full time, and both hybrid and fully remote.

Experience

• Experience of advising on non-contentious and some contentious construction work
• Familiarity with key UK standard form construction contracts, including JCT and NEC etc.
• Experience of dealing with Construction Act requirements
• Experience of advising on and running adjudications with assistance of Counsel
