Job description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying our core product suite while working closely with Product Owners to deliver software that meets business requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a talented team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
2. Work on both back-end and front-end development, ensuring a seamless user experience.
3. Build and deploy software in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).
4. Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and code quality.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
6. Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
7. Continuously improve system architecture, efficiency, and performance.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

1. 3+ years of software development experience.
2. Strong experience with back-end development in one or more of the following: NodeJS, Java, or C# (.NET Core / .NET 5+).
3. Hands-on experience with cloud computing (AWS preferred).
4. Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
5. Understanding of containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
6. Experience with version control systems (we use GitHub).
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
