Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Duties:

1. Develop and present creative concepts tailored to client briefs.
2. Produce detailed design documentation and coordinate technical drawings.
3. Manage FF&E selection, procurement, and installation processes.
4. Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables align with budgets.
5. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
6. Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in interior design, specifically on luxury Hospitality or Residential projects.
2. Proficient user of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray or Enscape).
3. A high-quality portfolio of previous work.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
6. Passion for design, with a keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills.
