Core Skills & Experience

1. Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successful system management and development projects.
2. Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning. Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft or Data Loader is a plus.
3. Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset and an ability to adapt to new challenges.
4. Salesforce Developer certification (or willingness to achieve one) is advantageous.
5. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira is beneficial.
