Freelance Digital Designer (Hybrid Role)

Job Description
We are looking for a creative and experienced Freelance Digital Designer to join our team on a hybrid basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging and high-quality digital content across a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, and digital campaigns. You will collaborate closely with marketing, UX, and development teams to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create impactful designs for web, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
2. Develop motion graphics and interactive assets to enhance user engagement (preferred).
3. Ensure all designs are responsive, user-focused, and adhere to brand standards.
4. Work with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for various platforms and devices.
5. Stay updated on digital design trends and tools.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
3. Solid understanding of responsive design, typography, and layout principles.
4. Excellent communication and time-management skills.
5. Experience with motion graphics or animation is a bonus.
