Middleweight Designer Remote contract Outside IR35

Role Overview
Opus are working with a key client of ours to secure two Midweight Digital Designers to produce digital assets for onsite, CRM, and digital display channels. You'll craft marketing visuals with Figma, following brand guidelines in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This role is perfect for detail-oriented designers who are passionate about digital marketing design.

Key Requirements:

1. 2 + years of experience in graphic or digital design, preferably in marketing or advertising.
2. Great Figma skills.
3. Photoshop proficiency.
4. Collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, marketing teams, and developers to deliver assets on time.
5. Maintain strong attention to detail and produce high-quality assets in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
6. Demonstrate self-motivation and adaptability in a dynamic work setting.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with design systems in Figma.
2. Support animation projects if skilled, and respond promptly to feedback.
3. Familiarity with AI creative tools.
4. Proficiency in (url removed) and After Effects.
5. Skills in Adobe Illustrator and knowledge of basic UI/UX principles.
