  • Provide 3rd line support for all Microsoft 365 issues and service requests, ensuring smooth resolution or escalation
  • Manage and optimise SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and other Microsoft 365 workloads

  • Help design, recommend, and implement improvements using Microsoft 365 tools
  • Manage the Microsoft Messaging Centre, communicating future changes and advising the customer on new features
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to deliver valuable insights
  • Record all activity for inbound incidents and service requests in the designated Call Management System, ensuring that all incidents and service requests that are escalated to other parties contain full details, have the correct category and sub-category designation and are correctly prioritised.

  • Previous experience in Power BI and dashboard creation
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with service users at all levels
  • The ability to work under pressure to manage competing priorities
  • Experience of creating user guides, process documentation, and training users on how to use new features in an M365 environment is desirable
