MI Specialist - Human Resources (FTC)

Job Description

We are seeking a talented MI Specialist to join our Human Resources team in London. This is a unique opportunity to shape and embed a new function within our team. You will be responsible for producing and delivering Management Information (MI) and HR data, informing decision-making, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. As a trusted advisor, you will support and challenge initiatives through data-driven conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a change ambassador, developing parameters for reporting and analytics.
  • Manipulate and interpret qualitative and quantitative data, identifying trends and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver Culture and Conduct committee dashboards.
  • Produce timely and accurate MI for HR deadlines, including committee meetings and engagement surveys.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to determine data scoping and cleansing requirements.
  • Ensure rigorous quality control, accuracy, and relevance of data.
  • Diagnose and resolve data issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Build positive and professional relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree (or equivalent) level education.
  • Relevant technical IT qualifications or proven practical skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to manipulate and interpret data.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems, such as Workday, preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Track record of implementing change and achieving challenging goals.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in professional/financial services firms is preferred but not essential.
