MFL Teacher Required | 'Good' School | Redbridge

A fantastic All-Through School based in the heart of the Borough of Redbridge are seeking a MFL Teacher / MFL ECT to join their safe and caring school environment within the Secondary School. This opportunity is a permanent contract starting in September 2025.

The Headteacher is looking for both experienced teachers, as well as confident ECTs, to fulfil the MFL Teacher / MFL ECT role on a full-time basis, working alongside a supportive, resilient team of teachers and support staff. There is an extensive focus on staff wellbeing and pastoral care, and this school has high employee retention as a result.

At the Secondary School, rated 'Good' in their latest Ofsted Report, there are opportunities for TLR for experienced teachers and excellent CPD for ECTs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• MFL Teacher / MFL ECT
• Providing support to students KS3/KS4/KS5
• Working alongside a fantastic team of dedicated MFL Teachers / MFL ECTs and support staff
• TLRs available: Key Stage Co-ordinator, Subject Lead, Lead Practitioner and more
• September 2025 start
• Full-Time and Permanent role
• Based in the Borough of Redbridge
• MPS1 - UPS3 + TLRs (Amount dependent on experience)

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Must have UK QTS or in the process of gaining
• Strong academics including excellent grades in your Degree, A-levels and GCSEs
• A compassionate, ambitious and driven teacher looking to make a positive difference
• An individual looking to progress within their teaching career
• Impressive 8 Teaching Standards results - Outstanding or Good
