MET Technician / MET Fitter

Salary: Up to £18 per hour depending on experience + overtime

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday with overtime available - 40 & 45 hour per week contracts available

Benefits: 20 Days holiday + bank holidays, pensions, flexible working options, death in service (4x salary)

Our Motor Trade Client is a well-established vehicle repair centre based in Bromsgrove and they require an experienced MET Technician / Fitter to join their busy team of bodyshop productives.

Typical duties of a MET Technician for our Client include:

1. Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles in line with our Client’s high standards
2. Familiarity with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to be successful in a MET Technician / Fitter role.
3. To identify additional repair work and liaise with the bodyshop advisor
4. Communicating effectively with other team members
5. Carry out quality controls

Your Experience as a MET Technician:

1. Fully qualified MET Technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
2. ATA qualification would be beneficial
3. Experience as a MET Technician within an accident repair centre

For your hard work as a MET Technician / Fitter for our client you will be paid up to £35,000 with OTE circa of £42,000.
