Mergers and Acquisitions Director

My client is a leading lower-mid-market investment banking boutique looking to hire a new Director for its fast-growing Manchester team.

The team itself is generalist but has a subsector focus on the industrial space. It advises manager-owned and PE-backed businesses on their Corporate Finance and M&A requirements.

We are looking for someone who can lead on execution alongside the MD and start building out their own network before becoming a partner.

The role comes with a basic salary of circa £100k + bonus of up to 3 x salary.
