The Successful Applicant

A successful Merchandiser should have:

1. A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
2. Strong knowledge of merchandise planning principles and high numeracy levels
3. Established merchandiser with WSSI planning and exposure to OTB
4. Prior experience in a product planning role in a retail head office role
5. Exceptional analytical and forecasting abilities within retail
6. Proficiency in using retail software and inventory management systems
7. Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
8. A keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach
