Are you a detail-driven Revit expert with a passion for coordinating complex MEP systems? We're working with a well-established building services consultancy known for delivering high-quality design solutions across a range of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, education, and residential projects.
They are now seeking a Revit MEP Coordinator to join their dynamic team and help push the boundaries of innovative building design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage, and coordinate detailed Revit models for MEP systems.
2. Collaborate closely with design engineers, architects, and external consultants.
3. Maintain and manage BIM workflows and standards throughout project lifecycles.
4. Conduct clash detection and resolve model issues using Navisworks and related tools.
5. Provide support and mentoring to junior BIM/Revit technicians.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a Revit MEP/BIM coordination role within the building services sector.
2. Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with a strong understanding of MEP systems.
3. Familiarity with UK building regulations and industry standards.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Desirable:

1. Experience in a client-facing role.
2. Knowledge of additional software such as AutoCAD, BIM 360, or Dynamo.
3. Understanding of sustainability practices and low-carbon design.
