The MEP Quantity Surveyor - Role

This consultancy is renowned for delivering premium projects across a broad mix of sectors, including:

1. Data Centres
2. Life Sciences & Healthcare
3. Commercial Real Estate
4. Sports & Leisure

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a dedicated team delivering a full spectrum of MEP Quantity Surveying services, both pre and post-contract.

You will benefit from mentorship and training from industry-leading professionals, with a clear pathway to progress towards Senior and Associate roles. You'll also be encouraged to develop your technical capabilities while gaining exposure to high-profile, complex projects.

The MEP Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

The incoming MEP Quantity Surveyor will have:

1. A RICS Accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
2. 2+ years experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, preferably in a Consultancy environment
3. Ambition to grow into a senior role with a leading consultancy
