Job description

Anderselite are currently working with Tier 1 Contractors (working in Joint Venture) who are seeking an MEP/M&E Design Manager to join their Civils/Rail division.

The ideal candidate would have either Civils, Rail, Infra or Tunnelling experience, but the client is open to seeing people from different sectors/disciplines.

Locations: North Acton and South Ruislip

Salary: Ideally up to £60k + Package (could be some flexibility).

Job Overview:

1. Experience of design management for Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems.
2. Experience of detailed design within an MEP setting.
3. Knowledge of relevant policies and standards related to MEP Design.
4. Experience of working within a large scale self-assured design environment.
5. Capable of working independently and proactively to progress works, but also skilled at working collaboratively with other integrated team members and external stakeholders for the overall benefit of the project.
6. Experience in the management of the implementation of the requirements of the Construction and Design Management Regs 2015 in design.
7. Computer competence (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Document Control Systems, Auto CAD, Navisworks and Projectwise).
8. Excellent communication skills and ability to adjust communication style to suit the receiver.
9. Relevant CSCS Card.
