Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 360,000–408,000 SAR per annum (approximately £76,644–£86,897) tax-free

The Opportunity
Are you an experienced MEP Design Manager seeking a challenging role with a leading international construction specialist? Our client, a prominent player in the construction, infrastructure, and fit-out sectors, is expanding their Riyadh team and looking for a dynamic professional to lead their MEP design initiatives. Key Responsibilities

1. Design Leadership: Oversee the development of comprehensive MEP designs, ensuring compliance with international and local standards.
2. Team Coordination: Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration with architectural, structural, and interior design departments to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
3. Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes, ensuring all designs meet the company's rigorous standards.
4. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding MEP design matters, ensuring their vision is accurately translated into functional designs.
5. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry advancements and integrate innovative solutions into the design process.

Qualifications

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; an MBA is advantageous.
2. Experience: 15–25 years in MEP design, with at least 5 years in the Gulf region.
3. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD; proficiency in Revit is a plus. Familiarity with industry-standard software and codes.
4. Language Skills: Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is beneficial.
5. Professional Membership: Active membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
6. Personal Attributes: Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
