Buckinghamshire Mind is looking for a Mental Health & Wellbeing Trainer to cover maternity leave.
The Mental Health & Wellbeing Trainer is responsible for the high quality delivery of Buckinghamshire Mind's existing mental health and wellbeing training courses, with a focus on the delivery of suicide first aid training (NCSPET), and plays a key role in the delivery of Buckinghamshire Mind's training services to meet agreed business development targets and KPIs, marketing using holistic approaches tailored to specific cohort audiences, training delivery, contract management, liaising with the Public Health partner on the project and undertaking all associated administration and evaluation.
Contract Type: Maternity cover for up to 12 months with the possibility of a contract extension/permanent role beyond this as the training team expands its reach.
Location: Hybrid working, with a base at High Wycombe Office. Face to face training delivery across Buckinghamshire and East Berkshire.
Salary: £28,000 FTE, pro rata actual £15,135 for 20 hours per week.

Training at Buckinghamshire Mind is an agile prevention service which uses community engagement to increase mental health literacy across the counties of Buckinghamshire and East Berkshire.
