Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw), Part time roles also available
Salary £24,638 to £24,850 per year [pro rata for part time] plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan!

We are delighted to be launching a new clinical partnership with Everyturn Mental Health and Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust and we are hiring Support Workers to join Home Group, supporting individuals and communities across Whitehaven and Copeland.
Want to lead a team that truly cares and empowers people to live their best lives? As our Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in improving the wellbeing of those impacted by mental health challenges, helping them achieve their goals and aspirations.
Our new service combines specialist health, social care, and community support, offering a mix of drop-on services, local events and temporary safe spaces for those in crisis. This is a unique opportunity to be part of groundbreaking mental health service and deliver life-changing outcomes.
We’re looking for people to work from 9-5, 5 days a week (Monday to Sunday) to offer support to our customers. Shift Patterns are roughly 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 7pm-7am. So, if you’re energised and ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
