Service Care Solutions are recruiting a Core Qualified Mental Health Practitioner to work within an Mental Health Support Team in Birmingham.
The service is a locality-led, integrated team providing effective, evidence-based mental health and emotional wellbeing support for children and young people (CYP), delivering timely services in education settings and communities.
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the Mental Health Practitioner will deliver therapeutic interventions, offer supervision, and consult with professionals and educators in a defined locality.You'll work with CYP facing mild to moderate mental health challenges, providing assessments, interventions, and support for self-management.
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Monday-Friday 37.5
Contract: Maternity Cover
This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a passion for improving the mental wellbeing of children and families.You'll contribute to a supportive, multi-disciplinary team focused on improving access to mental health services across Birmingham.
