Salary: £45,386
Hours: 42
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a RMN or RNLD to join an open rehab service. This full-time permanent position is within a 23-bed open rehabilitation hospital, which provides a safe and therapeutic environment for adults with enduring mental health needs.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to adults with enduring mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments.
  • Administer medication in line with policy and guidelines.
  • Promote recovery and independence through holistic and innovative approaches.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to health and safety standards.

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has:

  • Active NMC PIN and a degree in Mental Health or Learning Disabilities Nursing.
  • Experience working within mental health or rehabilitation settings, including medication training.
  • Ability to create care plans, conduct risk assessments, and adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with current legislation and the importance of least restrictive practice.
  • Someone who is resilient, organised, and approachable.
