Mental Health Nurse

One of our small, friendly GP Surgeries in Gloucester is looking to recruit a Mental Health Nurse to work 3 days per week on a permanent basis. The position is band 7 so the salary will be up to £50,000 FTE / £26 per hour. The successful candidate will be working 3 days per week, over 2 sites which are very close to each other! The working hours will be 08:30 - 17:00; however, the surgery can be flexible with this if needed for childcare, commute, etc. reasons.

1. Prescribing Qualification
2. Ability to assess patients for Mental Health Conditions
3. Locality to the surgery based in Gloucester
4. Working to 30 min appointments (face to face and triage)
5. Focusing on Depression and anxiety/General Mental Health reviews
6. Signposting Crisis Situations
7. Completing paperwork and referrals as required
