Job Title: Membership & Wellness Advisor
Location: The Wholeness Pod, Sutton
Job Type: Part-time / Full-time (TBC) 20-40 hours per week
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About Us
The Wholeness Pod is a wellness centre dedicated to providing advanced, tech-led therapies to support individuals on their health and healing journey. We offer treatments such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Cryotherapy, Far Infrared Sauna, and Light Therapy to assist with a range of conditions, from chronic pain to recovery and overall well-being. The Role We are looking for a Receptionist & Sales Assistant to be the welcoming face of The Wholeness Pod at our Sutton location. You will be responsible for creating a warm and professional first impression, managing bookings, handling customer inquiries, and promoting our wellness services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is highly organised, and has a passion for health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable upon arrival.
  • Manage bookings, appointments, and client records with attention to detail.
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate and friendly customer service.
  • Promote and sell treatments, packages, and memberships by explaining their benefits.
  • Process payments and maintain financial accuracy in transactions.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the wellness team to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Stay informed about The Wholeness Pod’s treatments and be able to educate clients on their benefits.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly & Approachable: You love engaging with people and creating a positive experience.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can efficiently manage bookings, schedules, and client records.
  • Reliable & Professional: You take pride in your role and show up on time, ready to work.
  • Sales Confident: You can confidently discuss treatments and encourage clients to book sessions or packages.
  • Good Communication Skills: Clear and professional when speaking with clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using booking systems, emails, and POS systems.
  • Health & Wellness Passionate: An interest in holistic health and wellness is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in reception, sales, customer service, or wellness is beneficial but not required—full training will be provided.
