Youth Theatre Arts Scotland (YTAS) is looking for a part-time Membership Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by helping others, making new connections, and supporting the growth and success of Scotland’s youth theatre sector.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working autonomously and who excels at instigating new connections and influencing others. A good awareness of the third sector and the importance of evaluating impact will also be essential to your success in this role.

YTAS is the national development agency and umbrella body for Scotland’s youth theatre sector. Our vision is for universal access to quality youth theatre activity across Scotland and universal recognition of its impact. We believe in helping others, community, collaboration, excellence and joy.

The Membership Support Coordinator position is an excellent opportunity to join a motivated team whose work this year includes an exciting update to our established Membership Scheme.

At YTAS we’re known for our friendly, informal and hardworking culture. This role will offer you the chance to contribute to this, and to work closely with a huge variety of around 100 youth theatre groups and freelance practitioners who are members of YTAS.

We encourage and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and identities. As a flexible-working organisation and a PiPA (Parents and Carers in Performing Arts) partner, we’re happy to discuss ways that allow you to balance caring responsibilities with your working life.
