Membership Advisor - Bournemouth

BH Live is recruiting for a Membership Advisor to join our team at BH Live Active - Stokewood. You will be friendly and accountable for the achievement of membership sales across the Leisure Centre and BH Live. Set in the heart of the Winton/Charminster area of Bournemouth, Stokewood opened as a public baths in 1930. Today, it is a thriving community leisure centre with circa 300,000 attendances a year.

There is a well-equipped gym which is split over two levels with lift access. The group exercises class timetable is extensive with more than 70 classes each week spanning from HIIT to spin to yoga.

In 2024, the centre's poolside changing rooms were completely transformed with new shower facilities, lockers and toilets. Accessible changing rooms are also available.

1. Sell with integrity whilst actively working towards set sales targets.
2. Provide tours to customers and potential members and create excitement for our products and BH Live Gym Membership.
3. Build a loyal membership base.
4. Deal with queries relating to memberships from both customers and colleagues.
5. Act as a brand ambassador for BH Live when attending community events and outreach programmes.
6. Generate sales leads.

1. Great customer service skills.
2. Ability to work hours aligned to the centres opening hours, which may include working weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
3. Practical sales experience or a keen willingness to learn.
4. Drive and be comfortable hitting and achieving targets.
