Job description

Anderselite are working with a tier 1 contractor who are seeking a MEICA Project Manager to join their Civils division.


Location: North London


Salary: up to £75k + Package


To be considered for this role you MUST have worked with tier 1 contractors, have MEICA experience & HND or Degree qualified electrical or mechanical engineer.


Person Specification:

The successful candidate is likely to meet all the following criteria:

  1. Excellent communication skills harnessing the ability to effectively manage the clients MEICA team, 3rd parties and MEICA & Civil clients.
  2. A team player with the ability to co-ordinate project-related activities with clients' consultants and 3rd parties.
  3. Good organisational skills.
  4. Methodical approach with a clear focus on client, customer, and quality.
  5. Strong leadership qualities and a natural problem solver.
  6. Ability to work well within a team as well as individually.
  7. Able to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines.
  8. Able to work in a busy environment under pressure.
  9. Possess a 'can do' attitude and can provide support to other members of the team as required.
  10. Methodical, and organised, with excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications:
  1. Degree or equivalent (foundation degree HND, HNC).
  2. Experience (10 years+) operating as a Project Manager managing and delivering multiple projects of varying complexity & value.
  3. Member of the APM, APM certified or equivalent (or experience-based).
  4. SMSTS / SSSTS qualification.
  5. CSCS card qualification.
  6. First Aid qualification (optional).
  7. 5-day SMSTS.
