An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full time Medical Workforce Administrator to support the Medical Workforce Team for approximately 12 months covering maternity leave.
Good communication skills, attention to detail and strong administration skills are essential to this role as are experience of Microsoft Office packages and all aspects of office work.
You will be responsible for the delivery of a timely, accurate and high quality customer focused service ensuring safe recruitment practices and effective medical locum sourcing.
You will need to be motivated, flexible and able to work independently and at times under pressure. Full training will be provided.
The post holder will support and assist the Head of Medical Workforce and the Medical Workforce team in all aspects of medical recruitment and resourcing by managing the recruitment life cycle with regard to Deaneries/Training & Trust vacancies and dealing with day-to-day enquiries from doctors and managers.
