An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Secretary based at The Railings, Rugby providing support to Medical Consultants and their clinical teams.
This post is a job share and the successful candidate will need to be able to work 18.75 hours, ideally covering Thursday and Friday full days along with 3.75 hours on an agreed 3rd day.
You will play an important role providing efficient, comprehensive and complex medical secretary service to Consultants, junior medical staff and their teams, acting as a first point of contact for service users, staff and stakeholders, exercising judgement and resolving problems. You will work within an integrated and skill mixed admin team and will be expected to show initiative and have the ability to delegate tasks appropriately to the Team Secretaries and Admin Support colleagues in order to effectively and efficiently support clinical service delivery.
