East Cumbria Community Treatment Team (CTT) Administration Services.
An opportunity has arisen for a part-time (22.5 hours per week) permanent B4 Medical Secretary to join our transforming East Cumbria CTT. This is an exciting time for North Cumbria Adult Mental Health Services which are undergoing transformation works as a pioneer team in CNTW. Administration services are contributing to this NHS long-term plan. This position would be ideal for organised, responsive, and motivated individuals who are committed to supporting our medical personnel.
This post could provide an ideal development opportunity for those wishing to take their next step within NHS administration and would like to learn further skills. Training and development opportunities will be provided - the service is committed to upskilling our workforce via CNTW Academy.
Full support will be provided by experienced staff onsite and the candidate will have access to peer support. This is a senior role and the post holder would be required to assist the Administration Team Lead/Pathway Coordinators with the day-to-day management of the workflow within the service to support and train administrative colleagues as required.
Please note there may be occasions when you are requested to travel to one of our other North Cumbria bases or provide remote working to support and/or cover for absent colleagues to ensure we have sufficient cross-cover in the teams.
The post holder will provide a proactive, comprehensive secretarial service and support to allocated Consultants and Medics within the service. The post holder will be able to evidence:

The post holder may also undertake additional duties as directed by the Administration Manager. The successful applicant would start as soon as operationally able.
