Duties:

1. Welcome and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanour.
2. Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment diary.
3. Answering phone calls and dealing with inquiries.
4. Ensuring patient records are accurately maintained and updated.
5. Cooperating with the wider team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Outstanding organisational skills - you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
4. Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy.
5. Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
