We are working with a lovely GP Practice in Wetherby, who require the support of a Medical Receptionist/Administrator.

Responsibilities:

1. Taking inbound calls from patients
2. Booking appointments
3. Post
4. Scanning of documents
5. Updating patient details onto the database

Our client requires someone who can hit the ground running with a good working knowledge of SystmOne, and previous experience working within a GP surgery, along with an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
