We have an exciting opportunity for you!

Our client, an established and reputable GP practice in Hounslow, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join their friendly and dedicated team. This role is crucial in supporting the growing demand for patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Direct incoming patient calls and manage the appointment schedule with practitioners.
  2. Confirm and recall patients as necessary.
  3. Handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  4. Assist the Practice Manager with various administrative tasks.
  5. Provide support on reception as needed.
What We Offer:
  1. A full-time, permanent position with 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday (1 Saturday a month on a rota basis).
  2. Flexible working hours: option to start at 8am or finish at 6:30pm.
  3. Competitive hourly rate of £13-£14.

Ideal Candidate:
  1. Previous experience in a GP practice, medical call center, or similar healthcare setting.

  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient-centered approach.
