Medical Receptionist

An Outstanding CQC rated GP Surgery in Kenilworth is looking to hire a Medical Receptionist on a permanent part-time basis. The practice is looking for someone to work 30 hours p/week within core working hours of Monday to Friday 7.45am to 6.45pm. Day to day duties include:

1. Greeting patients
2. Answering telephone calls
3. Managing appointments
4. Other administrative tasks as needed

There may also be the occasional Saturday required as well as overtime if requested/needed.

Up to £12.20 p/hour (DoE & Skills)

The practice holds a list size of over 12,000 patients and utilises EMIS Web. The demographic of the surgery is fairly mixed and the team comprises of GP Partners, Salaried GPs, ANPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Physician Associates, Practice Nurses, HCAs and more.
