Over 2,500 staff work at Sonic Healthcare UK, primarily under the TDL or HSL banner.

About the role:
The HSL Cellular Pathology service is a consolidated service involving the Royal Free Hospital (RFH), University College London Hospitals (UCLH), Barnet & Chase Farm (B&CF) and the North Middlesex University Hospital (NMUH). Our new, purpose designed laboratory at 60 Whitfield Street opened in January 2020, with entirely new equipment, and houses one of the largest Cellular Pathology services in Europe. We also run a spoke laboratory at the Royal Free Hospital, providing fast-track testing for urgent specimens and full medical and advanced practitioner dissection. The service also operates the HSL-Advanced Diagnostics laboratory, providing a local and international IHC, FISH and molecular referral service. The laboratories are accredited by UKAS to ISO15189:2012 standards and currently undergoing transition to 2022 standards.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Medical Laboratory Assistant to join our growing team.
We currently have positions at the following laboratories:
Histopathology – 60 Whitfield Street
Diagnostic Cytology – 60 Whitfield Street
Histopathology – Royal Free Hospital
