Job description

CK Group are recruiting for a Medical Affairs Manager, to join an international biopharmaceutical company. This is a home based position, on a contract basis.


Salary:
Daily £500 per day.


Medical Affairs Manager role:
  1. Provide operational and analytics support for the team.
  2. Provide support for Managed access programs.
  3. Provide support for Real World Evidence generation projects.
  4. Provide support for design and management of Regional medical affairs, shared resource sites to support distance learning, and effective information transfer within the organisation.

Your Background:
  1. Advanced degree in Science or Medicine - PhD, PharmD or MD.
  2. Strong understanding of Medical Affairs function and training/excellence needs, with at least 3-5 years within Medical Affairs or equivalent role.
  3. Prior field Medical Affairs experience preferred.
  4. Prior clinical development/operations experience, whilst not essential, would be an advantage.
  5. Adult learning education or training experience, including design, delivery and evaluation of learning platforms preferred. Previous experience with LMS is a strong asset.
  6. Project management experience in a clinical or medical affairs setting preferred.
  7. Exemplary presentation and public speaking skills.
  8. Excellent verbal, written, analytical and organizational skills.
