Job Description: Aesthetician

Location: Warwick Avenue, London

We are excited to announce two aesthetician roles based on Warwick Avenue, London due to a successful business launch in summer this year. We are currently seeking two talented and dedicated aestheticians to join the team. Both full-time roles although part-time may be considered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform aesthetic treatments and procedures in accordance with company protocols and standards
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetics
4. Provide sound advice and recommendations to clients regarding their skincare needs
5. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
6. Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms and equipment
7. Adhere to all health and safety regulations
8. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay aligned with the company's brand and standard expectations
9. Offer a relaxing and enjoyable experience to clients through the integration of massage and relaxation techniques
10. Demonstrate a deep understanding of dermatology issues and possess the ability to address and treat various skin health concerns

Requirements:

1. Minimum Level 3 qualification beauty therapy with additional qualifications.
2. Relevant industry training
3. Strong knowledge of dermatology issues and treatments
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work well within a team and independently
6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
7. Passion for skincare and beauty
8. Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively
9. Flexibility to work full-time shifts, including weekends (excluding Sundays)
