Job Description:

Our client, a leading digital media services provider, is looking for a Media Operations Specialist to manage the preparation and delivery of content, metadata, and media assets for global digital platforms and broadcasters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Package and validate digital content, metadata, and artwork.
  2. Conduct quality control and troubleshoot media issues.
  3. Edit and maintain metadata using XML, JSON, and other formats.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for smooth content delivery.
  5. Contribute to workflow improvements and process optimisation.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in digital media operations.
  2. Strong knowledge of media formats, encoding, and platform specifications.
  3. Proficiency in video codecs, transcoding tools, and quality control.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

This role operates on a late shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and is fully remote.
