We’re looking for a thought leader in media strategy, productivity and media activation. This key role will lead the creation and implementation of the Media and Connection Strategy in the UK&I across all platforms, owning the creation of media and digital plans, and cross-channel budget allocation and optimisation.

What you’ll do

  • Delivering business and brand objectives via a holistic media and connections strategy, including owned, earned and paid media, as well as media shopper activations.
  • Leading the end-to-end media process from connections strategy, integrated planning to execution of media plans, across all touchpoints, with a specific focus on digital.
  • Leveraging latest media trends to better connect with the brand’s audience via passion points and new channels. Identifying media investments and marketing effectiveness optimisations.
  • Providing media insights and performance reporting, translating data sets into actionable insights to drive continuous optimization. Set up test and learn capabilities and lead the agenda for performance marketing.
  • Securing omnichannel alignment of all consumer communication touchpoints: store, owned channels, and paid media.
  • Lead the relationship with media and local UK digital and social partners to maximise ROI and impact with a fully integrated and holistic ecosystem.
  • Connecting with Coca-Cola Company media teams, aligning on principles, ROI optimisation strategies and best practices.

Who you are

  • An expert in media and digital with experience at a media agency, in media strategy, media planning, as well as with social media channels.
  • Proven success in leading annual and campaign media strategy and planning with the support of external agency.
  • Strong expertise on digital and social media strategy creation, implementation, and real-time optimisation.
  • Experience in A/B testing.
  • Ability to negotiate media and partnerships contracts.
  • Leadership capability to drive strategic conversations, negotiations, and alignment with senior and key stakeholders.
  • Proficient at clear, actionable storytelling.

Location: Must be willing and able to work from our Central London offices a minimum of 2 days per week.
