Location: Isle of Sheppey - HM Prison Swaleside

Salary: £45,303 per annum plus shift allowance

Monday to Sunday

The company provides the facilities management services to 50 prisons across the South and East. Your new role

The role is for a Mechanical Supervisor to join the maintenance team and oversee the plumbing team. The position will involve being in charge of the statutory and mandatory files, providing critical and time-bound services to the Ministry of Justice. We are looking for facilities management professionals that can make a difference to the sites and the people they are responsible for.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Experienced Plumber, qualified to C&G 6035 (Plumbing) and/or C&G 6189 (Plumbing & Heating) and/or NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
2. Experience of working on commercial or industrial heating, water, or building services systems.
3. Familiar with, and ability to, work to Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements.
4. Good Health & Safety Knowledge.
5. Excellent organisation, time management, and people skills.
6. A rounded knowledge of risk and compliance along with demonstrable planning & project management skills.
