Mechanical Supervisor - Residential Development - Ipswich

We are currently partnering with a growing MEP Contractor who have demonstrated success in the Construction industry for over 25 years. Due to their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their team in Ipswich.

Responsibilities
  1. Mechanical System Installation & Coordination: Oversees the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems, ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications.
  2. Quality Control & Compliance: Ensures all mechanical work meets building codes, safety standards, and project requirements through inspections and testing.
  3. Site Supervision & Safety Management: Monitors daily mechanical activities, enforces safety protocols, and ensures work is executed efficiently and safely.
  4. Resource & Workforce Management: Coordinates labour, materials, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and prevent delays.
  5. Testing, Commissioning & Handover: Oversees system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning to ensure all mechanical systems function properly before project completion.
Requirements
  1. Must have 2+ Years experience in a similar role.
  2. Must have relevant degree or equivalent trades background.
  3. Must have UK Passport or RTW in the UK.
