1. SMSTS/SSSTS Certification
2. Supervisory Experience
3. First Aid Qualification
4. Valid CSCS Card
5. Mechanical bias with experience in Plumbing, Pipefitting, and HVAC
6. Proven ability to manage a team of 20-30 site workers
7. Willing to work 9-10 hour days
