Location: RAF Honington
Salary: Circa £45,000 + Van & Fuel Card
Job Type: Permanent

Are you an experienced Mechanical Supervisor looking for a stable, long-term opportunity? We're seeking a skilled professional to oversee mechanical maintenance and repair work at RAF Honington.

The Role:

As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

1. Supervising a team of engineers and ensuring all work is completed to high standards
2. Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems
3. Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
4. Managing workloads, prioritising tasks, and liaising with clients and stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in a Mechanical Supervisor or similar role
2. Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, plumbing, and heating systems
3. Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent)
4. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and support a team
5. Full UK driving licence
