Job description
I am currently working with a leading M&E Contractor in the North West who are looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to join them.
My client has been established for over 100 years and has expanded into the North West Region last year, which is now a significant focus for the business. Currently, turnover stands at 45m; however, they aim to grow this to 75-80m with a sustainable growth plan over the next 5 years.
The project you would initially go onto is a 261-apartment block which is currently in the pre-construction stage. The project is then expected to hit site in March with an 8m M&E value.
