Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and oversee the financial aspects of construction projects.
  2. Prepare and submit cost estimates and budgets.
  3. Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
  4. Conduct site visits and assessments.
  5. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor.
