Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and submit tender documents.
2. Manage project costs and budgets.
3. Assess and mitigate risks.
4. Provide accurate measurements and valuations.
5. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
2. Proven experience in mechanical quantity surveying.
3. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
